OK, I know that Adobe is releasing their version of Photoshop as an online tool. However, I came across this online image editor that has many of the most common functionalities of Photoshop. Splashup runs as an Adobe Flash application, so as long as your browser has the required plug-in (and I’m sure it does) you can edit and manipulate your photos. You can upload images from your computer, get them from the web, or browse your Flickr, Facebook, Picasa etc. profiles for photos. You can even import an image from a webcam!
